Hi there we love a home in the Montaine Boulder series in Castle rock 55+ will you start building anymore communites North for active adults in the Boulder/Broomfield area with those same style of home? Or can you ask Toll Brothers if they will build your favorite home in Erie for example (if there is only a model of what you want in Castle rock?
Hi, Sheri. We have yet to make plans to build more active adult communities in the Boulder/ Broomfield area. If you want the Greyson, the home design is only available at Regency at Montaine – Boulder Collection. If you are interested in the Montview, please explore the other communities that feature the home design on our website.
We, unfortunately, cannot build any home design in a specific community, given our careful consideration for lot sizes and such. The available home designs to select from for a community are listed on our website. We hope this answers your question. Thanks!
