Toll Brothers Warranty and Covid-19

Dear Valued Homeowner,

As concerns over the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to evolve, Toll Brothers has recently taken an important precautionary measure. In the best interest of the health and safety of our homeowners, employees and trade partners, we are suspending all non-essential warranty work until further notice.

Important Notes:  

·       The emergency service request process remains the same and is not impacted by the temporary suspension of non-essential warranty work.

·       Your open and uncompleted service requests will remain open in our system and will be rescheduled at a later date. 

·       Please continue to submit any new warranty requests through our online warranty portal to ensure we have a record of your request within the warranty period. New requests will be on hold temporarily. We will notify you when it is time to reschedule your open warranty items.

We recognize that this is a time when extraordinary precautions are necessary and assure you that Toll Brothers will take care of your outstanding warranty needs when conditions allow.
